Let's take the first step together

Questions

Things people often ask

Do you take insurance?

Many clients can use their insurance through my partnership with Headway, and I also see clients privately with the option of a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Reach out and I'll help you figure out what applies to you.

How long are sessions, and how often will we meet?

Individual sessions are 50 minutes. Most people begin weekly, which helps build momentum, and we adjust the frequency together as you progress.

What is EMDR, and how do I know if it's right for me?

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain reprocess distressing memories so they lose their grip on the present. It's especially helpful for trauma, painful memories, and anxiety. We'd explore together whether it's a good fit — it's always your choice.

Do you offer online (telehealth) sessions?

Yes. I offer secure video sessions as well as in-person appointments, so you can choose what feels most comfortable and works with your life.

How do I get started?

Just reach out through the contact form or by email. We'll set up a free 15-minute call, and go from there — no pressure at all.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. What you share stays between us, with only a few legal exceptions I'll always be upfront about (like a serious risk of harm). Therapy is your private space.
