Individual therapy (50 minutes)

A standard weekly session. EMDR intensives and longer sessions can be arranged when helpful.
Insurance
Using your benefits, made simpler
I partner with Headway to accept several major insurance plans, so many clients can use their in-network benefits. When you reach out, I can check whether your specific plan is covered.
I also see clients privately (out-of-network). If you have out-of-network benefits, I'm glad to provide a monthly superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible partial reimbursement — just ask and I'll walk you through how to check your coverage.
Sliding scale
I hold a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients experiencing financial hardship. If cost is a barrier, please ask — it's a normal conversation and I'll never make it awkward.

The practical details
I'd always rather over-explain than leave you guessing. Here's how the logistics work.
Cancellations & missed appointments
Life happens, and I get it. I just ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments, are charged the full session fee, since that time was reserved just for you.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of session. I accept all major credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and I keep your card securely on file through my practice platform.
Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of what your care will cost if you're paying privately (without insurance). I'll provide one in writing, and you can always ask any question about fees at any time.
